I recently visited Ultimo interiors after moving into a new place for a fresh start. I had seen the store on social media and the difference and variety of furniture appealed to me. I knew they had items that suited my minimalistic style yet were durable as I have small children. From being offered coffee on arrival with biscotti, to having an amazing interior design team at your disposal. This place has it all. I have received personalised service right down to having a proposal done for my new home with items that suit myself, lifestyle and items that are durable with kids yet stylish. Walking into Ultimo is like walking into my idea of heaven. You know that any item you purchase from this store will be a standout and not many other people will own the same item. I am all about points of difference and niche items and this store is my go to. Thanks for everything Ultimo.

The staff at Ultimo helped us to completely furnish our new home. The team’s dedication & advice was crucial to ensure every piece of furniture was perfect for our house & also perfectly positioned. My wife Mary and I popped into Ultimo at the very start of the COVID crisis. The purpose of our visit was to buy some new outdoor dinning chairs. We were greeted by Andrew in-store who showed us a variety of options that were within our budget. The store is wonderful the furniture is beautiful the service is second to none. I purchased a Rolf Benz chair from Ultimo last year, using a customised fabric option. The guidance and advice I received, especially from Judia, was very helpful and friendly, and I was kept updated throughout the entire delivery process, including when there was a slight delay at the manufacturer's end. I periodically visit Ultimo to seek further home-decor inspiration, and it is a fabulous store!

The variety of amazing High-End furniture and accessories are exceptional. The friendly staff and Lauren's professionalism throughout has made selecting my pieces a wonderful experience. I can't wait to make further purchases to complete my home. By the way Genny makes the best Coffee

I've been frequenting Ultimo for over 12 months now and have recently purchased various items for my home and office. Not once have I felt pressured even though it took me a while to decide at the beginning. Lauren in particular has devoted so much time recently to helping me design and furnish my professional office and has made the process so smooth. I could have been overwhelmed with choices, but Lauren's design expertise helped guide me with a layout and furniture items that were both to my aesthetic and budget. I highly recommend Ultimo for those special pieces where you really want high quality, and for exceptional service to match. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.

I had to purchase some replacement seat covers for my sofa last year (damn cat). The fact that I purchased the sofa from another retailer was not an issue for Judia and the Ultimo staff. They kept me informed on the progress of my order as it had to come from Italy. Excellent customer service.

Service at Ultimo was excellent. Jill and the team ensured that we loved everything we ordered and it was delivered and securely fitted into our home. Delivery guys were very careful. When our new outdoor chairs started to show signs of rust Ultimo recalled the entire set, picked them up and had them replaced by the manufacturer with no problem. When ordering you need to take into consideration wait time as some of the items took up to 6 months to arrive.

Bought some furniture from Ultimo late last year - all staff were very friendly and helpful without being pushy...felt very comfortable even when having a browse on other occasions. Professional service delivered by the lovely Judia! I would recommend this store to anyone wanting quality, style and durability in their furniture.

We bought a new apartment and Ultimo have nearly completely furnished the entire apartment. Jill assisted in choosing the furniture with the use of 3D images. Jill placed all the furniture down to the paintings we owned to create beautiful spaces with the imaging on the computer.Jill is professional, patient and the customer is her priority. You can trust Ultimo as they have a very high standard in the products they sell and the way in which they are installed.We spent hours going from furniture shop to the next one completely confused and then we found Ultimo and Jill. The stress was removed and Jill was always able to find an answer to what we suggested because she has had considerable experience and knows what is in the market place.Jill respected our views and is very honest if asked for an opinion.Jill is an interior designer who works for Ultimo, Jill visited our home on many occasions to ensure colouring and size were correct. Rob and Alex fitted all the furniture carefully and cleaned up as they went and were very respectful in our home. Enzo (owner) also visited our home to check the TV cords would fit into the cabinetry. Simon was always polite and attentive when I asked about arrival dates and when payment had to be made.We love our apartment and we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience with Ultimo and would recommend their services, they are far more than a furniture shop.
